Deezon is looking for experienced Level 2/3 support engineers with a profound knowledge of Linux and Windows. You will be offering technical & customer support to our clients all across the world.
Respond to telephone, phone, email and support requests
Responsible for systems administration for the group, including networks, applications and operating systems. This includes implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
Responsible for administering and maintaining the systems / servers to support the business operations and end users.
Follow up on customer issues via Helpdesk and provide necessary support
Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution
Strong skills and experience with cPanel/WHM and Plesk
Sound knowledge of Linux based systems
Sound knowledge of WHMCS, Kyako Helpdesk and similar ticketing software
Must be comfortable troubleshooting through Linux SSH
Strong understanding when troubleshooting Web, DNS, Email and MySQL server issues
Minimum 2 years of experience in web hosting industry or relevant field
Possessing a Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
A stable internet connection, phone, mic and web cam
UPS or alternative solution to be continuously online during the shift timings
Highly motivated, ambitious and goal oriented
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to handle customer resistance and deal with criticism
