Job Specification
self-motivated and able to work autonomously when required;
keenness to develop new technical skills and an interest in the development of Internet technology;
a working understanding of the OSI networking model, switching, and Internet routing;
the ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner;
analysis skills to accurately interpret conversations into support tickets;
familiarity with network monitoring tools and protocols.
maintaining Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server, Linux
an interest in improving the processes and tools used on a daily basis;
Analysing trends/graphs to diagnose faults or anomalies;
industry experience/relevant qualifications eg CCNA, MCSE etc
