Technical Recruiter

• Source the candidates from Job Board, LinkedIn & Internal Database.
• Match the relevant candidate with the Job Description.
• Initial screening over the phone.
• Check the interest of the candidate over the phone/email and negotiate salaries to meet the profit target.
• Submit the candidate to the Account Manager as a formal submission.
• Arrange technical interviews of shortlisted candidates over the phone or face to face as required by the client.

• Over 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably international recruitment.
• Telecom/IT recruitment experience will be preferred but not mandatory.
• At least Bachelors degree is required.
• Willingness to work at night shifts.
• US market experience will be a PLUS.
• Good negotiation & convincing skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to work as a team player with full coordination by taking & giving help to colleagues/subordinates.
• Positive attitude of achieving maximum success.
• Must be dedicated, confident & self motivated person.

• Timings:
• For Females - 5 PM to 2 AM (Pick & drop for females only)
• For Males - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
