Job Description
We are a growing company and have a small office in Lahore. We are looking for motivated individuals to work for us. We want the people who love what they do. While the helpdesk support will be a part of the job, your duty will also include monitoring servers. Details are as follows:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing helpdesk support - Troubleshooting / diagnosing and solving PCs/Servers and LAN related issues - Write support documents / guides on server-related matters - Monitor and respond to server health concerns (such as downtimes / outages)
Job Specification
Should be a quick learner
- Outstanding helpdesk/customer support skills - Excellent English communication (written) - very important - Comfortable and efficient working on Windows Network - Understanding of networking (TCP/IP etc) would be preferred - Certifications such as MCSE/MCITP are a plus, but not required - Prior experience is a plus, but not required - Experience with monitoring tools is a plus (NetFlow, Cacti, SNMP, etc), but not required If you feel you are the right person for the job - we look forward to hearing from you!
