Conducting market research to identify potential customers
Making outbound calls to prospects and explaining our products and services
Building rapport with customers and addressing their concerns
Closing sales and achieving weekly and monthly targets
Updating customer information in our database
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
