Opportunities currently exist for service driven individuals The Patient desk officers are often the first point of contact for our patients and provide a full range of support including assisting with patient enquiries, booking appointments and processing referrals.
Responsibilities- Providing exceptional service when dealing with patients at reception.
- Assisting with emergency queries, booking appointments, processing referrals and all related correspondence.
- Educating patients in regards to eligibility and fees.
- Contact patients with offers of appointment from wait list.
- Creating online records and assisting with data entry.
- Confirming appointments.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders to finalize referral documentation.
