1. Carry out the planning activities using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Kanban, JIT and lean manufacturing systems 2. Should be well versed and able to handle Capacity Planning. 3. Plan production activites with efficient utilization of resources

1. Know how in basic pump design in the field of hydraulics, mechanical & metallurgy. 2. Adequate understanding of pumping systems and understanding of engineering drawings, symbols and notation 3. Concepts of production technology, and foundry technology and its relation to part design.

1. Manufacturing of Fabricated components of different pumps. 2. Machining of pump components through Out Sourcing 3. Study of drawings & then float inquires for quotations from vendors. 4. Cost Calculation for fabricated and machining component items. 5. Proper price comparative statement & placement of orders. 6. Follow up of the OS activities. 7. Registration of new vendors and periodic assessment of performance. 8. Complete data and documentation of ISO 9000 Audits.
