The Team Manager must have the skills to lead a team of sales persons. Must have some experience in Life Insurance Industry.He/She will be responsible to hire and develop a team in order to achieve given business objectives.

- Maintain relationship with potential customers- Understand customers' need and offer them Takaful services appropriately- Provide excellent customer service to cutomers- Increase awareness among masses regarding saving and risk-mitigation

- Review medical reimbursement cases with respect to policies, and present analysis of the same- Assist with the adjudication of claims and pre-authorisation of requests for treatment in accordance with contract- Processing of all claims/ bills in the system for payment- Prepare various reports/ presentations with respect to- Visit hospitals/ physicians for treatment verification and other assignments
