Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager Ensure full awareness of all products provided and is constantly updated on all changes and amendments on product features, procedures and processes. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships/connections internally and externally Attracts potential customers by answering product and service Maintains customer records by updating account information.

1. Attend & provide timely response to customer regarding Customer queries related to Sales / Marketing / After Sales. 2. Prepare Monthly Action Plan & result submit to CRC in charge on / before 5th of every month. 3. Attend & Register Complaints through phone. 4. Post Service follow-up for warranty registration data. 5. Attend & register customers complain regarding Off-Road Services and Coordinate with dealer and customer for timely resolution.

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints - Prepare and distribute customer activity reports - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Handling of Customer Relation Queries. Maintain Inward/Outward Mails & visitors data. Answering Telephone Calls and Maintain calls data.
