- To update the formulation as per physical production. - To monitor the PACKING & RAW stores. - To take fortnightly stock summary and verify with the physical. - To maintain the manual inventory "RECORDS". - To monitor and maintain the monthly CHECK SHEET. - To discuss any problemarising during these duties and present a brief report to the person incharge. - To carry out any other assignment given the concerned Department / Management

Data entry, letter drafting, use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), File management (e plus hardcopies), english language proficiency, Windows & different softwares installation, attending & record keeping of tele calls, maintaining office records, inventory / stock cntrol and management, etc.

The candidate will be responsible for inventory management to enhance prompt movement of stocks and replenishment in stores and minimizing bottlenecks in supply chain management process. He / She will ensure proper documentationof all issues and receipts.
