- Take inbound calls to manage call queue - Maintain courtesy and accuracy - Update Team Leaders regarding follow-ups and issues observed during calls. - Maintain performance as per defined KPI`s.

- Receiving Customer queries and offering solution accordingly - Take complaints over the phone call and forward to concerned department - Perform actions as per customer requirement in the CRM software - ATM Card activation, Blocking and PIN generation - Make outbound calls to customers / clients for generating sales leads

Demonstration of Good Communication skills (Speaking Power) in both English & Urdu. Should have Voice/speech clarity. Candidate should not have issues of Stammering\Stuttering\Nasal. Pronunciation & calmness with amount of positivism in tone. Conversation Speed. Special emphasis on computer skills, must know short cut keys and must be good with basic system and software navigations.
