Responsibilities:- Prepare for inspections based on work instructions.- Conduct product quality inspections on-site according to schedules.- Take photos of products, defects, packing, etc during the inspections.- Draft the inspection reports and submit the reports to the head office within 12 hours after inspections.

To check and ensure incoming material as per specificationTo follow and check all in-coming material.Check and ensure in-process check compliance as per standard/ specificationTo ensure that the product conforms to the specified requirements.To maintain records of inspected material.To highlight any non-compliance occurs and report to QA ManagerPut the suggestion to QA Manger for bringing improvement in the product and or processes.

To Control Quality of Product at each and every step of processing through on-line inspection To monitor and ensure the Good Manufacturing Practices on production floor To Co-ordinate with Production Supervisor in case of non-conformity To discuss quality control problems with Quality Control officer To prepare reports related to online inspection To perform test that includes ingredient's weight, color, taste, size, shape, texture, stickiness,sorting, sealing, twisting etc.
