- Custody of Artwork in both hardcopy and soft copy. - Maintain purchase price history. - Acting on purchase requisitions, raising PO for Director's approval after ensuring quality supplies. - Strong follow up in process orders, getting sample output approved by initiator, visiting vendor's sites to review process.

- Handle physical receiving, issuance and return to supplier according to the approval of store incharge. - Offer to Quality department for inspection and followup for finalization with respect of quality Article wise qty segregation and proper marking and stacking - Providing update to DEO - Know how of all work of store incharge to handle the things in the absence of store incharge. - Any other work assigned by seniors

To supervisor inward and outward of Finished goods Movement. To supervisor workers To arrange transport for despatches To supervise all documentation of Despatch Store To observed the compliance of ISO procedures

- Receiving Raw Material / Packaging Material as per delivery challans in day/ night. -Issuance of Raw Material / Packaging Material as per Department demand. - Stacking the material according to the FIFO systems as well as supplier / Supplies wise. - On montlhy basis stock taking and report submit to Store Incharge. - Any other task related to store assigned by the store incharge / Store Officer.
