Greet customers entering store Resolve or direct customer complaints and queries to supervisors Offer customer carry-out service at the completion of purchase Suggestive selling Build rapport with news customers for repeat business Conduct self-assessment of his own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets Advising customers on various company's product range Keeping the product shelves stocked and organized Carryout secondary duties as and when required
