SAP Material Management Assigned Tasks:- - Preparation of Import Purchase Requisition - Preparation of Import Purchase Order - Condition Update (Shipment Cost Estimation) - Invoice Parking (MIRO)Operational Assigned Tasks:- - Preparation for document of Letter of Credit - Handling of shipping document - Preparation of Imports Report - Data feeding in system

- To collect monthly bills submission statement from LSPs To Prepare MTD /YTD report on regular basis - To supervise all the billing as well as payment record in the system to have clear picture of receivable/payable of LSPs - To track all shipments and update the ILD summary on regular basis - To hand over the shipping documents to LSPs by following standard format · - To arrange transportation for non bonded cargo along with the preparation of freight comparative statement · - To

- Initiating import process in accordance with SOP - Maintaining import related documentation - Tracking status and follow-up on delivery of consignments - Should be able to assess, prepare and maintain all import related documnets
