JOB DESCRIPTIONCollection of advance, installment, registration and processing fee as cash through SMIS.Collection of spare parts sales cash accordingly.Deposit of cash/cheques in banks as per company SOP.Appropriate maintenance of all books of accounts as per SOP.Assure transparency, honesty and appropriate in all transactions.Record and maintain all books as per SOP.Receiving and issuance of Motorcycle Stock.Any other task given by the Management.

- Cash handling and make receipts of the cash received from the Customers and Technicians. - Checking of all Authorized Service Centers Accounts on daily basis. - Timely submissions of Earnings and Expenses Reports/ files to Head Office. - Update Earnings and Expenses Reports on System and Manually on daily basis. - Check the Receipt Books of all Field Technicians to ensure the submission of Payments on daily basis. - Check and verify Warranty Repair Bills of (ASC) and maintain their Ledger
