You'll coordinate the activities required to meet the quality standards set for certain products or services. You'll ensure that this quality is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processesDevise and review specifications for products or processesSet requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their complianceEnsure adherence to health and safety

1. Control measurement of product according to given specification & tolerance stated in TDS or Sketch. 2. Assure use of approved material & approved construction by taking first output approval of each article. 3. Control inline defect rate with the co -operation of quality assurance & production staff. 4. Monitor & execute article wise trial for accurate line feeding with cooperation of production , IE & quality department. 5. Routine Function 5.1 Organize daily quality meeting 5.

1.Arrange the QCs in all stitching lines, halls & sections and inform them about the changing & running orders. 2.To ensure that each & every stitching operation has been done according to the quality standard. 3.To sort out & log-in the faults of M/operators & take preventive actions accordingly. 4.Inspect /check the shading, leather problems & finished garments. 5.Initiate & co-ordinate quality improvement plans with QMS. 6.Managing overall QA activities for the manufacturing of material

1.To plan and execute quality control plan according to production plan. 2.To ensure that quality parameters of produced garments are in line with the planned and standardized specifications. 3.To be responsible to check and verify the quality parameters of in process garment at each level of production i.e. from cut to pack. 4.To pay visits to customers and sometimes to the factories involved in execution of production plan. 5.To manage and control the manpower of quality control department
