- Using and implementing Microsoft Excel- Reporting to supervisor daily- Maintain records of daily transactions- Reconciliations- Perform daily book keeping including payroll, purchases and other expenses.- Assist in monthly internal audit

- Book-keeping on different software, using source records i.e. sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense vouchers, bank statements, credit card statements, loan account statements, wages reports etc. - Reconciliation of customer, supplier and general ledger accounts and resolving queries. - Reconciliation of key control accounts e.g. bank accounts, tax liabilities, wages account, loan accounts etc. - Trial balance review and adjustments. - Preparation of supporting working papers in Excel.

Candidate with experience in Book Keeping would be preferred. As a Book Keeper your duties would include entering the sale vouchers in Company ledger, entering the cheques received form different parties, calculating the amount receivable from the clients. Dealing with bank regarding Bank Statement , also making entries in cash book and reconciling the bank account. Most important requirement for the job is Good Urdu and English writing.

Writing the "Journal" on daily basis and also need to check the bank balance on daily basis.
