Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide 24x7 support services within the IT Security Operations Center (SOC). These individuals will provide user and system support for all the IT Security services and the underlying infrastructure. Their daily tasks include managing ServiceNow ticket queues whereby they make necessary changes to the environment based on the user requests e.g. Firewall policy changes, real time traffic monitoring, IPS/IDS monitoring, Website and online web service traffi
