HR & Administration:
Managing a team of 130 people and fully authorize to handle the office regarding the Admin issues like hiring, budgeting of the department, internal and external trainings of the employees, payroll, Time Office, leave management, overtime, performance management system, implementation of companys procedures, rules & regulations, dress code, leave administration, job responsibilities, office maintenance, preparing the reports, conducting the monthly management review meetings, company vehicles management, events management & beautification.
Industrial Relations:
Managing all functions of trade union, dealing with Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA), implementation of all labour laws, solution oriented approach against any industrial dispute.
International Standards Compliance:
Implementation and compliance of international standards SA8000, ISO9001:2008 & ISO14001:2004 manual & procedures, also conduct internal audits.
Brands CoC:
Implementation and executing internal audits of different brands Code of Conduct, LEVIS, VF, Tommy, GAP, Decathelon etc.
Health, Safety & Environment Management System:
Develop, maintain & implementation of Health, Safety & Environment procedures of the company, evaluate employees hygiene condition on regular basis, Evacuation drill on planned interval, Boilers & hoists inspection on specific period, canteens hygiene conditions, fire fighting trainings & drills, first aid box up-dation & first aid training, hot and cold work permits, hazard analysis, safety audits, workplace safety trainings, emergency preparedness, fire fighting training provided by me. Wastewater Treatment Plant management and working in control parameters by NEQS.
Security:
Security is the main concern of any production unit, management of 67 Security Guards in three shifts with check & balance system. Employees card checking, guests protocol.
Colony Management:
Fully authorize to manage the housing colony, allotment of family & becholer quarters, its maintenance & housekeeping.
Canteen Management:
Fully authorize to manage the canteen, purchasing, distribution, hiring of canteen staff and events management in the canteen.
Third Party Management:
Fully authorize to deal with third parties like WAPDA, SNGPL, Labor Courts/Department, EPA, Police, Land and Revenue, visas processing and all other relevant government departments.
