- Expertly ensuring availability of packaging for all brand orders while working on imported packaging. Initiating daily report on consumption of imported packaging for all brands to forecast purchase orders.
- Intelligently formulating regional sales planning in accordance to geographic and demographics in Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. Closely working with packaging department for monitoring of physical inventory of imported packaging
- Valuably working with vendors in China and Dubai to place imported packaging orders, to negotiate in prices and to follow up production and attain shipment documents.
- Profitably working on inventory management to utilize stocks, promotional activities, discount offers and bundle packaging for distributors. Usefully managing all inventory of new product development of Pink Salt, Black Pepper, All Spices
- Develop strong pricing model with proper placement of market competitive pricing strategy to increase sales of the existing and new products.
