• Al-Zahra Group basically started as an agency of Rima Tip Top which provides complete tyre and tube solution i.e. Tire and tube repairing and handling big machines up to tyre tube Patches my main responsibility was to sell these machineries however, we were not bound to sale only these machines but we were allowed to do trading business by purchasing other machineries from one company to sale another on credit basis.
• I was leading two sales managers and their team by giving them trainings and meetings on weekly basis in products to have maximum sales number on our products and on how to sell the on trading.
• I was liable there to find out new clients, making relations with clients, follow up and to support other sales employees in their meetings to finalize sales.
• The company was working on manual basis. Managed store items and inventory in software system. Not only inventory but invoices and quotations, as previously these were being generate manually.

• Marketing of Diesel and Gas Generators.
• Recovery of outstanding and rental payments and other correspondence.
• Follow up with technical and support marketing department.
• Co-Ordination with old and new clients
• To ensure the completeness of typed agreements as per agreed terms and conditions with customer, co-ordination to sign by the customer.
• Fixing quires of the clients / problem and misunderstanding of operators.
• To make details spread sheets on current status of generators as well as overdue details oof all the clients, insurance matters of generator sets i.e. endorsements, claim letters, settlement, claims, surveyor etc.
• To generate invoices from the system and keeping records.
• Got a special assignment as a business developer for renewable energy with a focus on solar energy sector.
• Arrange sales meetings and to make schedules on customers meeting.
• Worked in close co-ordination with Micro Finance Lease Departments of OLP for providing alternative energy solutions to less-privileged sector(s).
• Making Agreements, Controlling all the documents, filling documents, making salaries of all colleagues and labors, petty Cash, purchasing internal use materials, making invoices and quotations, helping the accountant in statements, reports and auditing.
• Reviewing the performance of staff, Identifying training needs and planning training sessions.
• Coaching, Motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes.
