PRE-HIRING ACTIVITES:
Recruitment & Selection: Responsible for understanding the manpower requisition of Head Office and FGWH (as per requirement), Understanding the requirement accordingly, sourcing the candidates from advertising the position advertisement on social media and other medium as per the requirement, till that much match the desired skills, screen the candidate by conducting telephone or initial interview then arrange the technical interview and coordinate with the concerned department head. Induction to be given on the joining of the new employee.
Responsible for preparation of Appointment, increment, promotion, Checklist of Documents for New Employee File, Salary Computation with Field Allowances, monthly Advice for punctuality, documents required, bank account opening letters to employees. Interview Evaluation Form of employees and matches it with the already set hiring criterion.

POST-HIRING ACTIVITES:
Training schedules and records: Responsible for obtaining training schedules from various departments of the company and also helps in arranging such training and keeps records.
Performance Management/Appraisal Reports: Arranges timely reports for Performance Appraisal from all departments of the company and keeps records of these reports and prepares the summaries if required by the management.
Labour laws: Deals with applicable labour laws including EOBI, SESSI, Professional Tax, Shop & Establishments, Civil Defense, contract labour etc. Also deals with officials of such departments of Govt. under the guidance of CFO.
Preparation of HR policies & Manual: Suggests the policies and help in implementing them. Also prepares different HR Forms.
Attendance & Leave Record: Keeping a track of the attendance of the employee’s, filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken.
Confidentiality of Information: Responsible to keep all information confidential and should not communicate to any person, which can be harmful for the Company in any manner unless otherwise advised or legally required to disclose so under a court order or government authorities.
Final settlement: Prepares final settlement of all employees and obtain approval of the concerned dept. head. Before the final settlement checks related necessary documents and arrange if any document is not found. lso responsible for the deductions of any dues from the final settlement and prepares the resignation acceptance letter and sends to the concerned person or his/her manager.
