During this period I oversee the Regional wide general functions of SALES and MARKETING department at initial level till the closing of sales including the pre-competitive analysis of competitors, Key Accounts Management, Development of Customer Relationship,Development of new customers through prospect calls and identification of new sales prospects and applications, Marketing Activites, Seminars Executions, Demonstration of our products and its technical supports, Account Receivables of given region, Customer Data Base Management, Customer Relationship Management. And my responsibilties also includes achievement of sales targets and to maintain the daily reporting criteria to Line Manager and to follow daily sales execution plan to achieve my tasks.
Media Head Reporting, Controlled overall Marketing activties and Brand Execution of Key Accounts as well as of new clients, including coordination with vendors of E-Media, Print Media and Social Media for execution of activities,budget of client and variance reports and responsible for timely execution of given marketing activity. I also played role of Business Development Executive and Client Service Executive and responsible for collecting recievable of key accounts and maintain data base of customers, Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. And my responsibilites includes to Monitor progress of campaigns and submit reports of performance and to collaborate with managers in preparing budgets, agreements and monitoring expenses.
