Currently heading admin, security & surveillance department for Level3 BOS Pvt. Ltd a subsidiary of US Headquartered Company Mobilelink USA for their 500+ AT&T and Cricket / Wireless retail Telecom Stores. Formulating administrative and security related SOP’s to strengthen companies productivity. Preparing, Implementing, monitoring & evaluating SOP's across the organization for better controls and effective productivity. Cost effective procurement is also one of the domains I am overlooking.
Key Achievement:
With an account receivable portfolio of PKR 1.46 billion, I was responsible to create & lead collections & recovery department on Pan Pakistan basis. Formulating infrastructure, policies, manuals, SOP’s & SLA’s across the group to ensure optimum performance by recovering the wedged amount hence easing cash flow. In addition conducted visits across Pakistan to all dealership network for constructive networking with multiple outcome of boosting sales, dealers issues & easing organization cash flow.
Key Achievement:
Provide executive leadership for attaining organizational target of expanding presence across Karachi with 35 clinics by 2017-18 and beyond that in years to follow, enter public private partnership with provincial and federal government to increase organizational capacity to a million patients across Karachi annually.
My role was responsible for administration, security, logistics, procurement, survey for new areas for clinics in addition to donor visits and negotiations for funding CAPEX & OPEX for a specific clinic or for the entire organization. Lead operations of the organization in a strategic direction with full responsibility to ensure that all existing – 25 clinics & head office with over 400 employees are working effectively and efficiently. Provide cross functional support to departmental HOD’s by laying down user friendly SOP’s and interdepartmental SLA’s. Ensuring construction process of new clinic facility is within specific time lines & budget to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.

Security situation within Pakistan has been volatile since 9/11. XDS Pvt. Ltd has been providing security solutions since 2008 with various products while specializing in fabrication and retrofitting of vehicles to bullet profiling. I spearheaded finance, HR & Administration, procurement departments in addition to customer care and sales. The manufacturing unit was revamped with structured policies in all departments thus raising employee satisfaction as well as productivity of the unit resulting in profitability across board.

As Regional Manager I was responsible for the administration & efficient operations by managing my assigned region, including consumer operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives & SBP guidelines. As Manager Operations for Consumer banking group oversaw all operational matters of the segment to ensure risk mitigation as per Banks objectives. Preparing & reporting dashboards for local & regional office in Singapore
Key Achievements:
Securing an experience for professional growth where activities associated with launching unsecured products further enhanced my professional capabilities to all new level. This provided a direction with guidelines resulting in equanimity and accountability thus enabling an all new setup across country with good controlled mechanisms as per organizations & SBP guideline. Risk mitigation initiatives like BRD for collection software, SLA’s, SOP’s formulation and portfolio behavior monitoring thus twigging future lending policies were part of my learning curve & professional growth.

Transition from a contractual field officer to a manager in a span of over five years was one of the major achievements. In addition undertaking policy matters impacting the organization was a learning curve where budgeting, forecasting targets setting & performance review along with invoking reward program for the employ across the country. I served for two and half years by completing the basic training as a gentlemen Cadet in the Academy. During the tenure I got the opportunity to seek and explore various fields within the army including Military Law, Weapon Training, Tactics, Field Engineering etc.
I volunteered out of the army due to my father’s poor health.
