Preparing and placing job advertisements in the local and national press. Interviewing candidates and checking references. Liaising with other departments in the company over candidate selection / rejection. Review, planning and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Producing job specifications / descriptions and employment contracts. Managing and maintaining employees’ personnel files, records and speculative job applications for future needs. Conducts orientation programs to new employees and arrange training schedules for employees. Organizing and conducting induction training sessions for all new employees. Implements all requirement of Oracle HRMS Software as per time management, monthly payroll, yearly increments Employee ID cards & all several kinds of reports generated by HRMS Software. Generate EOBI & SESSI at the end of each month and check contribution of all employees and forward to the HR Manager to approve. Solving bank matters like employee Account Opening, Solving Discrepancies and Nadra issues as well. Preparing full and final settlement of resigned and terminated employees. Verification of CNIC & all educational documents. Maintaining of discipline among the employees, strong implementation of policy and procedures and taking disciplinary actions.
