Maintaining Office files / record & typing of all correspondence.
To prepare Personnel File and put all relevant document in proper order and also prepare
index of new hired employee for the recommendation, approval of the the HR Manager /
General Manager.
Prepare joining memos of newly appointed employees of Supervisory Staff and send these
memos to Payroll Department Head office.
Data Entry of new Inductees, Personal record at the time of joining Apprentice & dependents
Maintain all Documentation of Supervisory Staff and Worker Appointment / Paid-off.
Conduct orientation and informed Term and Condition to the new employee.
Prepare monthly confirmation reports of employee and send them to concerned head of
department for approval from GMP/Director & maintain record in register.
Prepare and issuance of Show Cause / Charge Sheet / Warning Letter and keep of these letter
and followup for necessary disciplinary action
Forward all applications like: Gratuity, Provident Fund, Interest of Provident Fund to the
Wages Dept./Head Office for the further process.
Preparation service certificate of Paid-off employee.
Prepare list of proposed increment sheets of Worker.
Prepare Disciplinary action report Monthly Transport report.
Prepare daily Strength report and send to Manager Admin / General Manager.
Prepare Weekly / Monthly Transport report.
Prepare monthly confirmation reports of Supervisory staff / Worker and send them to
concerned head of department for approval from GMP/Director.
Send memos for medical reimbursement, marriage gifts, confirmation increment, special
increment, promotion/transfer, PF application forms, PF Nominations forms and loan
applications etc. to Accounts Department Head office.
Preparations of clearance forms and send them to Accounts Department Head office after
approval from concerned departments heads and Manager Admin.
And any other job which assigned by the Manager, General Manager, Director and Deputy
General Manager of the Plant.
