I did my Master of Business Administration from Institute of Management Sciences with specialization in Finance, So i have gained proper understanding and knowledge about project management tools, application and related problems/issues in addition my LLB and Masters of Arts in International Relations are also completed
I remained on different positions such as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer,Database Analyst,Social Organiser etc in different projects and programmes,i-e,Government funded or Donors.
Currently, I am working as Assistant Chief-Programmes(BS-17) in KP Child Protection and Welfare Commission,Social Welfare SE&WE department. My broader responsibilities at the role includes Supervision, Monitoring,Reporting of all Child Protection Units at various District’s, Government Orphanages and Institutions,N.G.O’s etc working on children issues in the Province alongwith Developing and strengthening liasons and referral network among relevant stakeholders(Govt ,NGO’s and INGOs’),drafting Multi and Annual Year work plans,Inventory Management and Procurement,Implementation of Child Protection and Welfare Act 2010 and other laws of the Province,Programme designing and budgeting and its implementation etc .

Supervision, Monitoring,Reporting of Child Protection Units/Child Protection Institutes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Visits on the directions of senior management to Government Orphanages, N.G.O's I.N.G.Os working on children issues in the Province.
Drafting and submission of Multi Year Work plan along with Annual Workplan and implementation of approved Annual Work Plan.
Review National/Provincial laws relevant to Child Protection and Gender based Violence and place comment/inputs to management when required.
Developing Referral Pathways and network among relevant stakeholders including Disaster Management Authorities (Gender and Child Cell) that are established in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad along with development of liaisoning with other provinces to strengthen the coordination mechanism. Development, Establishment and Supervision of online Child Protection Management Information System (CPMIS) for KP (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).
Ensure that SMART indicators designed for data collection and effective data security protocols are in place. Capacity Building/Trainings of the relevant stakeholders.
Formation and Supervision of District Coordination Working Group (mini protection cluster’s at Districts) in districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that emphasis on Children issues, GBV, Ageing and disability and any other protection issues at the district level under the Chairmanship of District management.
Implementation of Child Protection and Welfare Act, 2010 in the Province.
Contextualization of Policies, minimum standards etc when required together with Donors and relevant stakeholder’s.
Facilitate the management in development of overall programme budget and implementation.
Monitoring and Evaluation of different Programmes for achieving effective and efficient goals.
Supervision of Grievance Cell and responding to Grievances.
Participation in Protection cluster, CP sub cluster meeting’s, GBV sub cluster and Refugee working group meeting etc so to provide inputs and feedback from department side.
Coordinate with Donors for fund raising.
Assist IVAP (Individual Vulnerability Assessment Profile) IRC team in cases related to protection by referring them to services.
Assist World Vision, Pakistan in Galliyat Project of Abbotabad district which is focused on CP and GBV.
Promote and supervise emergency preparedness and response actions, while at the same time considering needs for early recovery planning.
Assist management in Provincial/National Assembly business
Conduct Research and Analysis.
Assist management in Legal/Protection cases that are in Courts.
Procurement of items for the Provincial secretariat and Inventory Management.
Facilitate the KPCPWC team by supervising and monitoring activities of the new Street children project initiated in collaboration with Azad Foundation, Karachi.
Perform any other task assigned by the Senior management of Commission
Contribute to the development of monitoring systems and documentation of targets and performance indicators to be included in monitoring system for project activities, annual reviews and reports.
Undertake monitoring in line with programme agreed with the IPs(Implementing Partners) including announced and unannounced visits and development of action plans with the partner’s based on Monitoring visit.
Make close coordination with CPUs(Child Protection Units) that are established in Buner and Swat area as well as monitoring of IPs which are functioning in D.I Khan, Tank and Bannu areas of KP(Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) funded by UNICEF.

Monitoring and reporting of CFS’s/CPCs at both camp and off camp of IPs (implementing Partner’s)that are working on IDPs funded by UNICEF at different district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Provincial Project Coordinator
Assist in the development of a monitoring & evaluation system for the project and indicators for input and output monitoring within the purview of the project objectives for timely reporting.
Undertake field visits and submit report to monitor the implementation of activities as required.
Contribute to the development and submission of action plans to the management so to facilitate project through continuous monitoring based on risk criteria.
Ensure proper action on qualitative and process-oriented gender-sensitive indicators of inputs, outputs, and outcomes for project monitoring and evaluation.
Emergency Preparedness and Response
Developing referral network between Govt organizations, N.G.Os & I.N.G.O to facilitate Child Protection Management Information System (CPMIS) for KP (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Compile data sources, employing collection and analysis of monitoring data.
Responsible for Procurement of goods and services.
Support the project team in ensuring the timely preparation and submission of reports to WFP/donors, etc. Perform any other duties as required by the Provincial Project Coordinator.
Maintenance of database for Child Protection for NWFP. Preparation of Analysis for the different trends. Planning, Execution, Coordination, Reporting and Completion of different assignments related to Child Protection database. Managing relationship handling with partners for strengthening referral mechanism that include Govt/NGOs etc. Map current institutional response capacities, including child protection specific 4Ws. Provision of Capacity Building/Trainings related to database to concern partner’s. Any other Task assigned by the Project Coordinator
Handling Portfolio of customers. Allocating and managing team portfolio to achieve the desired results. Maintaining & reviewing MIS reports to analyze portfolio trends. People management. Taking timely reviews about customer feedbacks/complaints and share with management for redressal. Build customers interest in the services and products offered by the bank.
