• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
• Keeping and updating records of employees in relation to EOBI ensuring monthly contribution.
Looking after Staff Canteens where more than 700 employees served on daily basis.
• Gathering budget proposals from departments and compilation of Master Budget.
• Coordinate with Contractors for ensuring adequate availability of manpower in shifts.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing and recommending Company/HR SOPs and policies.
• Manages the new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes towards strategic goals.
• Coordinate with outsource payroll company for monthly payroll processing including attendance, leaves, overtime, income tax and other payments and deductions.
• Directs and oversees all administration related activities including safety &security, CCTV and petty cash, office supplies and transportation, budget and housekeeping, SIM Management.
