• Reviewing resumes and applications and short listing them accordingly.
• Scheduling interviews.
• Conducting initial interviews and forwarding shortlisted candidate to Center Head/MD.
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating new comers joining formalities.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
• Identifying employee late coming for salary purpose.
• Ensuring employee bank account openings.
• Maintaining leave records of employees.
• Assigning attendance cards to new employees.
• Co-ordination with other centers regarding job openings, resigns, appraisal, increments.
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Assisting HR Manager in preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment letters, leaves encashment.
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality on regular basis.
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
• Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have regarding policies.
• Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
