--Coordination with different managers to plan and address HR requirements. This was included: reviewing JDs, posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, negotiating pay packages, reference verifications and ensured proper employees’ record keeping, Contractual management including contracts finalization, extensions and contract end notices.
