Working at HH Robertson Private Limited (An Australian Multinational) as Assistant Manager Marketing from 23rd May 2016, my key responsibilities include:
• To assist Head Marketing & PR.
• To organize and carry out all tendering/bidding activities for company’s overall Projects.
• To support my team by going with them for meetings to close sales.
• To check and follow up of my team on daily basis for sale leads.
• To check their DAR, WAR & MAR.
• Developing New Clients for sale of PEB, Porta cabins, Steel houses, Pre-Fab Steel Structures, General Steel Fabrications, LGSF, CFS, Metal Roofing Systems & PS, PU, PIR Sandwich panels via cold calling, referral based and meeting with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Contractors & Builders.
• To Build Strong Relationship with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Contractors Builders and MNC’s.
• To actively seeks out new clients and projects.
• The process ranges from pre-qualifications, tendering/bidding by reviewing tender Portals; making contacts with multinational sectors to get released RFQ’s.
• To set up strategy and plan to research potential clients.
• To dig out information about future projects by consistent follow-ups with Industrial Clients.
• To develop solid trusting relationships with clients and travel for face-to-face Meetings with them on important milestones.
• To Generate Sales on past experience & providing client with complete drawings, Prepared BOQ’s, Proposals and Presentations for new ideas.
• Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• To conduct expos and exhibition all over Pakistan for introduction and marketing of Company.
