Responsible for Junior/Senior/Visitors passport keeping for the Department.
Preparation of Weekly and monthly reports as per Head office requirements.
Cross check all the daily ongoing site administrative work from time keepers/ Supervisor/Foreman/Manpower Suppliers.
Monitoring of TIMESOFT & EPHR system for payroll & attendance.
Correspondence with Client & Suppliers.
Looking after all the administrative matters in the department and ongoing sites.
Direct reporting to Divisional Manager.
Look after of DBB Document Control Management System.
Closing out of Audit reports and maintain the records.
Conduct a meeting with Site Teams & Manpower Suppliers.
On weekly basis site visits & inspection.
Surprise check of Manpower at sites.
Making arrangements of Skilled training for Staff & operatives from 3rd party institutions.
Provide Administrative Support to Division Staffsuch as Supervision of timekeeping, Coordination with Divisional Heads and maintain, manage routine work issues with minimum supervision.
Dealing with external client regarding Manpower & preparation of documents as per site requirements.
