Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops a systematic layout in accordance with receiving, handling, warehousing through efficient equipment & space utilization.
Regulate the standards of health, safety, hygiene & security requirements to maximize the productivity of inventory.
Oversee daily activities by preparing workflow including quality assurance, inventory control & loss prevention to ensure peak efficiency across the warehouse.
Generate the requisition in coordination with inventory requirements or replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
Achieve efficient and consistent procurement regarding quality, prices and delivery of goods by analyzing purchase requests; identify suppliers in view of the industry best interests.
Inspect inventory levels by conducting physical counts & reconciling with data storage system to identify any discrepancy.
Produce reports pertaining to the warehouse that includes stock received, consumption, levels & dead stock on periodically basis.
Plan, Implement and Coordinate with goods transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments according to customers requirement.
Manage logistics operations by carry out packing, crating & coaching dispatch workforce before shipment of final products including special shipping arrangements like E-Commerce etc.
Inspect & schedule maintenance of vehicles to keep up fleet processes and monitor driver’s log book, fuel/oil consumption to adhere with industry’s policies.
Strategically Initiate, co-ordinate & enforce operational compliance through company’s policies & procedures.
Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders as needed with correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform core duties of the bank by mainly receiving, paying & transfer cash.
Handle and control cash transactions of customers by monitoring deposits and withdrawal accurately in line with SBP regulations and guidelines.
Assist in ordering, verifying, counting, and distributing cash received from branch/cash house to achieve the daily transaction requirements including ATM operations.
Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers and also protect bank operations by keeping information confidential.
Provide superior services to the customers in time through the posting of transactions in the system, assess high technical capabilities and regulate the process by allocating and coordinating the work flow as a team member.
Facilitate and analyze the customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller line.
Accelerate and maintain capability of cash handling by balancing the physical inflow and out flow of debit and credit with the help of vouchers.
Prepare day end reports and reconcile the same if any difference arises between reports and their respective instruments.

Monitor supply levels of industry’s CCTV System, Power, Water, Kitchen and Bathroom supplies to ensure proper functioning and safety of premises.
Arrange accommodation for incoming delegates and book travel arrangements for personnel of the industry.
Manage workforce operations regarding hiring process, advances paperwork, social security documentation and arrange training needs also.
Review and Resolve issues regarding agreements done between labor and management.
Archive all confidential and administrative documents and files are properly organized, updated and regularly backed up.
Accelerate business activities using various methods like Phone, Letter, E-mail, WhatsApp and social media etc. to communicate with customers/vendors.
