application at towns contributing 5million plus average sales per month.
Increase business visibility of sales force and CCSD by compiling and circulating
periodic reports as per the approved report calendar i.e. reports regarding NPDMS
operations, sales monitoring region wise, area wise, channel wise, brand wise, supply
chain On-Time, trade assets throughput and control self-assessments.
Preparation of NPDMS monthly support fee deduction claims for distributions and
NPDMS infrastructure subsidy claims for newly implemented towns.
To improve NPDMS effectiveness and usage by ensuring the execution of approved
monthly zonal activity calendar for NPDMS trainings, tests and monthly discussion with
RSMs on NPDMS scorecards, numeric coverage, unserved outlets, channel wise sales
contribution, total trade spend & brand wise productivity.
Monitor NPDMS ground support vendor`s team performance as per agreed SLA on
monthly basis and their training sessions.
Successfully executedProject Marveli.e. improves Distributions Sales Force efficiency
and data accuracy in NPDMS by testing, training & deployment of Android base mobile
NPDMS application at all direct towns.
Managed Project Nestle Retail Sense Surveyat zone level with retail survey for 22,000
outlets i.e. increase visibility on the retail shops addition throughout Pakistan to ensure
product availability and accessibility in all areas.
Co-ordinated Project Baroni.e. ensures correct numeric coverage entry in database,
channel wise shops classification, trade assets throughput & ROI.
The automated solution to ensuring all the required parameters/documents to be signed off by the approving authorities & the distributors claimed amount should be Reimbursed with in 15 working days after the closing of every month
