A Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) graduate majoring in Human Resources. I have worked as Intern for the International Relief & Development - CVSP, Peshawar, Ufone - PTML head office and Election Commission of Pakistan as human Resource intern.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities including recruitment, handling grievances, complaints, trainings, and performance evaluation among others.
• Assist with scheduling or conducting candidate phone screens and the preparation of interview questions. Coordinate interviews with candidates including location, time and attendees and maintain candidate data.
• Leverage familiarity with Microsoft Excel to validate and ensure the accuracy of human resources and over 2700 trainers’, enumerators, AFOs, ZFOs etc.
• Maintain confidentiality in dealing with applicants and employee matters relative to the Human Resources functions.
• File and obtain employee paperwork. Maintain both paper and electronic records. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including new employee orientation, to maximize success for new hires and coordinating HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc.).
