Responsibilities:
• Payroll Supervision (Production &Head Office) .
• ERP Implementation MS Dynamics
• Implementation of Payroll and HR module Al Rahim (Manufacturing Unit)
• E-Filling All Units on AX Dynamics (Paper less Environment)
• Head Count Locking all Units
• Regular follow up with Production Unit teams.
• Handling employee concerns and grievances.
• Maintaining Employee engagement by compiling employee turnover reports.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
• Supervise Recruitment Process, ( Pre-screening & short listing CVs)
• Conduct short initial assesment interviews
• Prepare Technical Assessment & Schedule Interviews
• Prepare summary of Interview Ratings
Enrollment
• Handle the Enrollment Process of all employees ( Staff + Workers)
• Complete documentation of Staff employees before joining
• Perform enrollment of employees at the time of joining
• Management of all Personnel files (E – filing )
Loan/ Advance Management
• Inform Loan Limit of employees to Department Heads or Directors (when requested)
• Process Loans and Advance forms of employees as per policy
• Process Loan Guarantor Replacement Forms
Medical & Health Insurance
• Give awareness to employees regarding the Medical & Health Insurance
• Send Addition & Deletion on monthly basis of employees
• Provide Wellness cards to employees
• Prepare Insurance Cost Benefit Report on monthly basis
• Deal with Hospitals & Claim Departments for prior approval
• Get all Medical Claims reimbursed
• Give proposals at the time of Renewal of Health Insurance
Issuance of Various Letters
• Issue Appointment letters, Contract Letters
• Issue Promotion letters , Experience letters
• Issue Service Letter ( whenever requested by employee)
Confirmations, Promotions & Salary Reviews
• Process Confirmations,
• Process Promotion & Salary Review Forms
• Prepare new cards & JD w.e.f promotion or Change in Designation
Employee Separation / Full and Final Settlements
• Process Employee Separation and Full & Final Settlements
• Send separations on Bi monthly basis to departmental heads
• Process Employee clearance and conducting Exit Interview.
• Prepare Full & Final Settlements through AX dynamics.
Responsibilities:
• Orientation
• Handle the Enrollment Process of all employees ( Staff + Workers)

• Process Monthly Payroll; Leave management, Fuel, Arrears.

• Briefing Company policies and SOP’s to new inductees.
• Maintaining Employee records on Excel sheets
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
• Design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. trainings, team-building activities) as required.
• Coordinating stakeholders for amendments in policies and SOP’s.
