Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization
Review financial information and documents on daily basis
Review general ledger bookkeeping where necessary
Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
Manage client accounts and payment schedules
Monitor / Manage Bank Accounts, (Receivables, & Payables)
Vendor Tax working according to current tax schedules
Handle payroll functions as required by the organization
Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level manager
Monitor/ maintain financial records including payments, petty cash, accounts receivable, bank deposits, trail balance, and reconciliations;
Respond to enquiries and take/ relay messages;
Operate office equipment and create/maintain correspondence, spreadsheets, databases, and reports;
Prepare, process, file and maintain correspondence, records, reports, forms, and work orders;
Other duties as assigned.
Prepare the financial proposals of project
Prepare bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual financial reports
Review monthly bank reconciliation statements of project bank accounts and recommend appropriate action on issues identified Prepare phase-wise income statement and reports
Coordinate with SAT team regarding tax-related matters and salary matters
Keep and maintain monetary records of all activities of SAT-IV
Perform any other assignment assigned by the Project Director
Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data

Gauging levels of financial risk within organizations
Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
