Visit different plant sites e.g. (Tetra Pak, Packages Ltd, Sitara Chemicals, Liberty Power Tech, Alpha Chicks Qadirabad, Century Board and Paper Mills) for planned and on-call Vibration Data Collection of Rotary Equipment’s or Infrared Thermography of Electrical Panels.
Perform vibration data collection utilizing current technology (EMERSON-CSI 2140,2130)
Utilization of the current software to load, dump, and analyze vibration route data, as well as, build and update the associated databases.
Learn various RCM/ technologies, primarily ultrasonic analysis and the associated software with future development into additional technologies.
Support the RCM Program and its continual development; educate other personnel in any area of the RCM Program.
Communicate effectively to provide, receive, and implement constructive feedback to support the mentoring program.
Actively participate with Maintenance and Planning groups.
Worked over 150kva, 250kva and 500kva Caterpillar Diesel Gen-Set major overhauls.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Cooling Fan and Blowers.
Overhauling of Gearboxes.
Troubleshooting of Flange Coupling, Gear Coupling, Multi-Jawed Rigid Coupling and Magnetic Coupling.
Preventive Maintenance of Plant Machines like Diesel Engine Gas Kit, Fuel Injector System, Engine Block, Radiator Cooling System, Fuel Pumping System, also complies with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as policies and procedures.
