Cash Management, Book Keeping, General Account and Account Receivable / Account Payable
· Strong Teamwork and Collaboration skills
· Ability to prioritize and deal effectively with a number of tasks simultaneously
· Good Understanding and hands-on Experience of Accounting Software (Quick Book)
· MS Office - Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets, power point, MS word.
To initiate and coordinate in consultation with CEC/GM (Operations)/Admin Officer.
Will update book keeping, General Account and Account Receivables/ Account Payables etc.
Will update monthly payrolls of employees
Will keep record of inventory of office furniture fixture and other items.
Keep record of all income/expense in Quick Book.
Handling petty cash.
Monthly payroll of employees
Keeping record of inventory
Miscellaneous reporting and variance analysis on monthly basis
Assist budget preparation
Bank reconciliation on monthly basis
Preparing all expense related vouchers
Handling the issues related to bank and vendors
