Engineers Remained Unskilled
Every country planned to built sustainable infrastructure for advancing economy and living standards but where Pakistan stands and what Pakistanis do contribute in energy and infrastructure sector was totally decisive on how much they earn because government won't support them anyhow. This can be seen in our youth unemployed Engineers, i want to say a quotation for them, "every child is born genius but crushed by society".
Innovation and Entrepreneurship skills totally destroyed by our so called efficient education system. Engineering needs analytical, technical, innovative and decision making abilities in order to excel his/her field of knowledge but do our engineers have these kind of abilities? again, off-course not, actually, Engineers and other professional degree holders are motivated by the fact of high earning, not to excel his field. Even it may be achieved by Getting memorizing stuff or by other means. and the remained genius of talented youth destroyed by Pakistan Engineering Council(PEC) and HEC for their flawed system and the so called regulation of Engineering Education remained unregulated.
but where went wrong in our system?, should we not behaving like the mentioned developed nations? it's basically fault in our most corrupt education system and not having career counseling at school level. It seems like everything do contributes equally in order to destroy the genius of youth.
