Almighty God has given some unseen power to everyone, these unseen powers are known as SUPERNATURAL, the elements that cannot be explained. In simple words it can be said that characteristics attributed to some force beyond scientific understanding or the laws of nature. Supernatural is also a literary term, which differentiates it from other usual and natural terms. Super-naturalism is associated with Literature. As literature is a best way to express one's feelings and emotions. Therefore, through literature one can identify the mood or personality of the other person. For children, supernatural is nothing more but a Fairy tale and full of Fantasy. For example Alice in Wonderland, written by Lewis Carol, is a children based non fiction novel. In this book, Alice experienced a visit to a magical land where there were magical creatures like caterpillars smoking pipe and flowers that talk which helped her in finding her way back home. However it can be said that supernatural in literature is being used from past till date to express thoughts and beliefs as a whole to convey feelings about good and evil; also what happens beyond the life.
