"If u have no address you cannot claim benefits" We can see so many beggars on the streets.We also know about these beggars MAFIA.But wait what about drugs addicted beggars??overwhelming evidence shows that people who beg on the streets they beg in order to buy hard drugs.Mostly drug addicted beggars are homeless.I have seen so many these types of beggars near Shah Qhazi mazar.Person lying on the road , his hair full of dust, wearing dirty clothes, skinny as he didn't get food since so long.These beggars usually live on roads or under the bridges .My point is that "are they not part of our society"? OK forget about society are they not humans??Yes they are but they are unfortunate souls.Despite of the fact that they are heroine addicted or in our language we call them herionchi they have a right to live , to live a healthy happy life.We dont know what circumstances brought them into these killer addictions but they need proper shelter , food and more importantly medical help in order to help them to leave this addictions. Every year so many herione addicted beggars lost their lives and they found dead in some graveyards, roads or even in the sewerage lines.Their bodies straight goes to edhi morgues if there were no one to claim their bodies edhi workers burry them and they were called lawarislashh.Last year in 2015 majority of heat stroke victims were beggars or herione addicted .60 to 65% victims were beggars and herione addicted according to our health minister.Yes I agree they are not on right path they use drugs but why not our government or NGO's pay any attention towards them why not they put some effort to improve these herion addicted poor souls who are destroying their lives but no one is there to stop them or help them..Our government or NGO's should take step to build rehabilitation Centre specially for these drugs victims so they can get shelter , food or most importantly medical treatments which help them to quit this addictions which leading their lives to death .Every year 20.88 billion allocated for health in our budget so why not they reserve some fixed amount for homeless, drugs addicted poor people so maybe like this we can safe one of a precious life from turning into unknown dead body
