Counselling for Experienced Professionals
Working with a company more than 5 years gives you an opportunity to work with wonderful group of people falls in your comfort zone but what if your job doesn't excites you and you are getting bored by doing the same job since a long time. It is alarming situation for you to either make your job exciting or switch to another place. What? You did not have any career path?? Oppss !! what to do now??
Nothing to worry about just get back to your PC and start reviewing your resume. Look for your weaknesses, where you lack in your professional life or your education is not related, still you have time to improve your career by adding some valuable short courses. Be a research engine for a week or two to explore your current job & related courses be a box full of knowledge about it & its time to start up. "But do not forget to prepare plan B."
Get an official degree and be a champ !!
