Parents are most responsible towards their child’s education. It is one of the biggest responsibility of parents to be aware and informed with the progress and performance of their child in school. And it is possible through communication whether written or verbal, as it makes the child focused and attentive towards his education as well. Negligence of parents may bring lots of trouble for the child in the school. There should be a system in every school to allow the parents to check their child’s periodical report over his/her performance.
Many schools have approached this system and it has been resulted as good step by the School management. Because it has many benefits for example:

Importance of child performance Records: Communication between school and parents is very crucial for the child performance. Parents must ask and keep the formal and informal records of their child provided by the school management.
Parents spends thousands of rupees in the form of school fees and resources asked by the school in the name of events or art and other activities, just to ensure the quality education of their child but what if;
· if the resources you are giving to the school are not utilized as the way they should be
· if your child is facing trouble in one or more subjects
· if child’s class room behavior is not appropriate
· He has some social issues, like anti-social behavior or aggression etc.
· School management is strict or unfavorable behavior of teachers with the child.
These aspects can effect child’s performance so it is necessary for the parents to check and be up to date with the records and appear in school meetings for getting performance reports and supervise their child effective role in the school themselves.
