It is really a well known thing “Social Media” by which people share their life events could be achievements, happiness, thoughts, ideas and almost everything happening in their life or in their surroundings. People get likes comments and have great fun. Is this the only concept of Social Media to quit from real life except enjoying the moment of their life people remain busy to take snaps for their social media and the answer is NO!.

There are so many portals available on our social media where jobs from all fields are posted and the only matter comes here is how to search them? and answer is very simple if you distribute your own search engine in bits and pieces as per your area of interest.
Make your targeted location (City) where you want to do job and search over all portals names having jobs for that particular city i-e: Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore etc jobs.
Check your own field of interest as per your qualification and expertise and apply for only those jobs. Do avoid irrelevant applies and from those jobs too in which your experience or qualification do not fit. In this way you will not loose your reputation in concerned company for any next apply matches with your resume.
Build your resume strong as per current trends happening in market. It requires very few steps but necessary in means of order of placing what and where.
Headings: Your name and contact details and very important thing to mention here is to provide postal address for that particular city you are applying. Do not mention your personnel details as F/name, CNIC, religion because recruiter has nothing to do with it.
Objective: It must clear 4 WHY’s of recruiter. What is your aim? What is in you? Why we hire you? What you can do for company? These 4 why’s will click recruiter while screening your resume and will think you are not copy paste aspirant or traditional candidate. By the way these entire why’s need to define in maximum 2-3 lines.
Career History / Experiences: Your experience should be relevant to what you are applying for you must remove your irrelevant experiences. One of my friend made a survey on what is current trend to write job description / responsibilities either in detailed description or in bottle neck points? Out of 67 recruiters of Pakistan 62 showed their interest on bottles neck pattern.
Education / Qualification: Instead of moving in depth of education lets just start it from your bachelors and post graduate and so on.
Certifications: Relevant to your area of interest and within this you can also mention your computer related skills that are highly required by every field of work.
Your Projects: Technically this is the part that notify your work ethics so never forget to mention these which you can not mention in your experiences but have worked a lot on it.
Achievements: This is the WOW! Part for a recruiter in which your mile stones can be seen.
Key Skills: Summaries yourself and mention your core skills and this part can also be concluded with your communication skills.
Personnel Information: Now becomes the part which notifies your age through date of birth (as some jobs have age limits), nationality (as some jobs have country demand or offshore restrictions or facilities).
One you are done with your resume move to every portal that you have chosen in step no.1 and apply through your email. It is very important to mention that Email should be with your name not as like prince, killer etc which give totally non professional impression.
Through Facebook get in contact with your seniors and share your resume with them who can be the best resource to refer you somewhere or else they can notify you with current openings.
Linkedin a very renowned professional forum where start connecting with people but your major focus should be HR personnel; so as and when they post for openings you could be able to see and get yourself updated with it too. Follow all your desired companies or your find jobs which may be helpful.
