As my first article, I would like to throw light on the issue I am currently facing and many fresh graduates may also face. This issue is well known to many of us and this is Seeking Jobs.
Why it so difficult for fresh graduates to seek job? Currently a number of firms, industries, software houses are working and they are significantly large in number as compared to the past. Besides this, the number of unemployed graduates is increasing day by day. This proportion is disturbing every unemployed person and especially to those who have a good academic record. After completing 16 tough years of graduation, we get a blank letter of unemployment which indeed is miserable.
Why our system is not working? May be because references have replaced talent and money has replaced degree. With a heavy heart, I am writing this that our system has badly disturbed the lives of those who have earned to their families.
Each year government recruits alot of seats in the name of merit, but the candidates with heavy references are prefered over deserving candidates and as a result this reference game continues.
Living in a country full of technical and non technical assiduous people, we still lack deserving talent.
I wish some day this hole will be filled where graduates will feel happy on their graduation, rather than worried for their families’ bread and butter!
