The two days back the final match of ICC champions trophy 2017 was played between Pakistan and India.India had been termed as the favorite team pursuant to the cricket pandits as they have more wins in ICC cups than Pakistan.India also had thrashed Pakistan in the group match of the series what kept India on the competitive edge.India was so concieted that their former cricketers and artists made mockery of our team.Rish kapoor and virender sehwag used derogatory remarks against the Pakistani team.
When the match was commenced ,Pakistan took the batting first and it's player Fakhar zaman made a prolific hundred which no one could have imagnined.Every batsman did play a solid knowc except Shoaib Malik who was futile through out the series.Pakistan managed to out 338 runs on the score board easily.It was a fine total for any team to chase but as India had also chased 360 plus score before so every Indian was optimistic that some would happen.When Indian batting was embarked on,Rohit Sharma got LBW by the startling ball of Mohammad Amir.Kohli who is considered to be the number one batsman and skipper of the team started to bat not like he normally does as he looked bit uncomfotable on the crease.Mohammad Amir bowled him off side the off-staump and he nicked a catch to Azhar Ali but he dropped,keep the entire nation experated and every one thought this would create chaos for Pakistan but that did not happen,Kholi again nicked a second catch on the point which was taken comfortably.This catch brought ecstacy to the Pakistani nation as a whole.Our bowlers kept balling full and straight inflicting early deparures of Indian bastman as no one could stand firmly.Pandeya toiled to make India stable by scoring 72 runs in just 40s balls but he was run out on the wrong call by Jadeja.The whold India had to loose the game by 198 runs easily.
Pakistan has now found an invincible team comprising of new talent like Sirfaraz,Amir,Hasan Ali,Shadab,Hammad Waseem what has left no room for swanky and egotistical players like Ahmed Shezad and Wahab Riaz.Purasuant to the cricket experts ,it was the pure effort of Wahab Riaz and Ahmed Shezad as they made Pakistan win by remaing out side the team as they put the team in pressuring while they play by failing in their departments of batting and bowling repectively.
The victory of champions trophy has amalgamated the nation into a single entity who has got the chance of celebration after so long.Yesterday through out Pakistan people were felicitating each other and distributing sweets to every one.As the team arrive today at aiport thousand of supporters welcome them and show their affection.In the early morning when the skipper Sirfaraz reached at his home which is a middle class vicinity ,thousands of people gathered outside his home and bolstered him.
