How many times have we seen and witnessed Facebook coming up with something new every now and then. If it is creating stories for the messenger app, or putting up status in colorful mood boards, you name it and Facebook has it. A few months ago it was reported that Mark Zuckerberg was working on launching Facebook TV platform. Now according to reports we will see that happen in August, 2017. AS it had been halted for some time now, but seems like they have resolved every issue and are going to bring TV shows and everything related to television to your laptop screens, phones, tablets, you name it. The TV content will be a 20 to 30 minutes shows owned by Facebook, solely. Some of the partnered media companies include, Group Nine Media, BuzzFeed, Vox Media, and ATTN.
The companies who are producing content for the Facebook TV, are going to submit their first episode, from which Facebook will get 45% revenue and the other companies will get 55%.
Apart from this Facebook is also gearing up to bring exciting new features and other gadgets. They have decided to launch its very own VR headset at a price of $200. They have collaborated with various other companies to launch the gaming headset. It will be released in 2018, for those gamers who cannot afford a high spec computer.
