This research paper designed to study the impact of the male migration on left behind women and children. Male out migration has become popular in many countries and Pakistan is also one of those under-developing countries where male out-Migration is very common. The present study investigated the problems of the families left behind especially women. Finding showed that women suffer economic, social and psychological problems. Women are suffering the social problems and their social identity is suffering with different ways of exploitation in absence of male. It has further explored that women are suffering through different psychological problems which include loneliness, depression and psychological trauma. Women perform Dicantonomous work which change their social positioning .Children are also suffer in incomplete family system. It included the in-depth study of 50 women. The study is conducted in the small village of the Union Council Bhaateen included in the Tehsil of the Hajira. The village is known for the labour out migration. Household head is women in the absence of male.
